This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect the personal and logistical data of our users (drivers, fleet managers, and corporate entities) when using our mobile application ("App"), our web ecosystem ("Platform"), and our route optimization engine.

By using ViajeListo's Services, you expressly consent to the collection and handling of information as described in this document.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our world-class routing service and hyper-accurate 3D maps, we collect the following data points:

• Geolocation Data: We collect precise real-time location data (GPS) from your device while using the app in the foreground or background to calculate your active route and update the visual navigation layout.
• Routing and Stop Data: Delivery addresses, wait times, traffic data in your operating cells, and dispatch patterns. These metrics actively feed our AI engine to improve future algorithmic predictions.
• Account Data: Your name, email, phone number, and encrypted passwords tied to your Enterprise or Individual subscription.
• Technical Operations: IP address, device hardware version (iOS/Android), and application crash logs to guarantee zero-downtime service stability.

3. How We Use Your Information

All gathered information is strictly employed to guarantee a top-tier logistics software experience:

• Generating the fastest and smartest routing layers via our proprietary AI tracking engine.
• Connecting anonymously with third-party Map APIs (such as global mapping providers) to download updated street tiles and fetch live traffic incidents.
• Preventing critical failures and logging internal mobile application crashes.
• Running the smooth 3D navigation system dynamically as the fleet driver moves.

4. Mapping Providers and APIs

ViajeListo's architecture leverages global leading map providers to render graphical streets on your screen. While you utilize our App, your location and basic routing logic might be anonymized and processed through secure Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) owned by official partner mapping developers. None of these providers retain data tying your personal identity to your driving routes for commercial resale purposes.

5. Data Storage, Retention, and Sharing

Your business logic is securely housed inside high-availability cloud servers featuring strict end-to-end encryption protocols and SSL tunneling. Legacy routing logs are fully anonymized hours after a delivery cycle finishes and are exclusively retained as generic machine learning models only if the client's corporate tier permits.

ViajeListo does not sell personal data to third-party data brokers. We may, however, share metadata strictly under these circumstances:

• Law Enforcement: Exclusively upon receiving a formal subpoena, court order, or binding legal request to investigate logistical fraud, theft, or vehicular accidents.
• Infrastructure Subprocessors: Cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) that maintain our technical backbone under extremely strict Data Processing Agreements (DPA).

6. Global Compliance (GDPR & CCPA)

As an international routing tool, we proactively align with top-tier geographical regulations:

• European Union (GDPR): We guarantee the "Right to be Forgotten", data portability, and strictly process logistical data under legitimate business interests.
• California (CCPA): CA residents retain the unalienable right to know precisely what fields we collect and demand the cessation of their temporary storage environments.

7. Children's Privacy policy

Our logistical toolset and tracking endpoints are developed exclusively for legal adults (18+ years) who hold valid driver's licenses. We do not knowingly collect, parse, or store routing data of any individual under the age of 18.

8. User Privacy Rights and Account Purges

As a driver or operational manager, you may officially request the right to access, rectify, or directly cancel your personal data footprints, as well as purge your historical routes stored at any time directly through the internal App Settings board. Upon total account deletion requests, personal identifying fields are hard-purged after a 30-day grace/rollback period.
